SIMU innovates and launches the autonomous era!
A commitment for the future!
The energetic problematic is now a real concern for everybody and SIMU has decided to stress this point in its daily mission since several years. This commitment has allowed to develop the SIMU autonomous solution. It is a motorized solution for roller shutter that gives the opportunity to the installation to run off-line, without any wiring:
- it is supplied by solar energy, a clean, renewable and free energy,
- the SIMU-Hz radio technology enables to control the roller shutter by radio waves, without wiring between the transmitter and the motor.
Complete solution,
composed of a direct current motor, a solar panel and a box, including an electronic/ radio card (which ensures energy transfers and radio control), a battery and a plug for breakdown power supply.
Operating principle
The solar radiation is collected by the photo-voltaic cells of the solar panel. Thanks to its optimized support the solar panel is slightly titled for a better capture of solar radiations.
Then, the energy is transmitted to the battery with an electronic card.
With each control order of the roller shutter (from a SIMU-Hz radio transmitter), the electronic card gets the necessary energy (for the power supply) into the battery and transmits it to the motor.
The box is composed of the battery and the electronic card which is equipped with a plug for breakdown power supply. When needed, this plug can be wired to the network.
